Registration documents for the upcoming season 2011 - 2012 are now available. The entire registration package includes all forms listed below. Be sure to open and read them all. Please note when registration dates are and be prudent with returning your forms on time.....Late fees will apply if you miss a deadline....no exceptions.

Instructors for Hockey School - On Ice - Dave Milek
Dave is an Assistant Coach with the Guelph Storm. This past year Dave was appointed by HDOC to coach Team Ontario U16 in the Canada Games. Dave has worked alongside Dave Barr, Asisstant coach for the Minnisota Wild, and Jason Brooks. Dave has also coached and helped develop players like Drew Doughty of the L.A. Kings and Tyler Carrol of the Guelph Storm. Our school will focus on Power Skating and Skill Development along with body contact for appropriate divisions
OFF ICE - Eramosa Physiotherapy Association has developed a program which will include Plyometrics to help improve skating stride length, power, endurance and strength. This dryland session will also include their "8 for Great" performance exercises. As well they have developed a growing injury prevention program.
Goaltending Instruction - Rick Heinz Goaltending School from Kitchener will focus on skating and stance, butterfly technique, rebound control, post work and walkouts, along with other aspects of being a Goalie.
ANY PLAYER WISHING TO TRYOUT IN A TRIPLE A CENTRE LATER THIS SUMMER ( IE. WATERLOO ) MUST BE REGISTERED FIRST IN CENTRE WELLINGTON AS PER OMHA RULES, PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE TRIPLE A SESSIONS. PERMISSION TO SKATE FORMS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM OUR OMHA CONVENOR, TERRY CONROY. PLEASE GIVE TERRY LOTS OF NOTICE THAT YOU NEED THE FORM AND GIVE CHERI FRENCH OUR REGISTRATION MANAGER LOTS OF NOTICE THAT YOU NEED TO BE REGISTERED IN OUR CENTRE. CONTACT CHERI FIRST, THEN TERRY.
Rep Tryout Schedule will be posted in mid August. Tryouts will start on September 6, 2011.
Any player that may need financial assistance for registration fees, please look into what funding is available through Canadian Tire's Jump Start Program and Community Resource Centre of North and Centre Wellington or discuss with Cheri French our Registration Manager.

Due to the growth of the Jumpstart Program in Centre Wellington, the administration of the Jumpstart Funding for Centre Wellington will now be handled by The Children's Foundation of Guelph and Wellington.
